A few words about the classes:
Why come to #MuzyczneFikanki with such a tiny baby who can’t walk yet, mostly just lies there and watches?
Parents ask us this quite often, because they imagine that children in music classes all start singing and dancing straight away and can do who knows what else…
Yet a child’s development (including, of course, musical development) is a PROCESS that we, as teachers and parents, want to support.
In the first years of life this should be informal education (no learning notes or music theory terms)
This is the time for a child to discover the joy of music on their own and to want to join in musical activities. That is why little ones often watch first, freeze, open their eyes wide and simply soak up everything they see and hear with their whole being. It doesn’t mean they aren’t interested or don’t want to sway or sing – it only shows that they are not yet ready for more visible activity. Right now they are simply listening and immersing themselves in the world of music.
Let’s give them time!
